Actualizaciones

Se corrigió la entrada del Distrito de Columbia para reflejar que East v. East exige probar un matrimonio de hecho solo mediante una preponderancia de la prueba, se corrigió la cita de Hoage, y se limitó la descripción de Obergefell v. Hodges a lo que la Corte realmente resolvió.

Se añadió la fecha límite del 5 de mayo de 2027 para presentar una petición que valide un matrimonio no solemnizado en Utah (Utah Code 81-2-408(4)), que la página omitía en la tabla comparativa, el resumen del estado y las conclusiones clave.
