Leyes de grabación de llamadas telefónicas en Nueva Jersey: reglas de consentimiento de una sola parte

Actualizaciones

Replaced a dead CEPA link with the statute on the Legislature's site and stated the NLRB Stericycle presumption and rebuttal test.

We corrected the interstate-call rule (no rule says the stricter state's law always applies), added Nevada and Delaware to the list of states where every party should consent to a recorded call, clarified that an employer needs a party's consent to monitor calls, fixed the civil damages list, and narrowed the deepfake description to the statute's crime-or-offense element. We clarified that our consent checker shows both states' rules side by side rather than deciding which law governs an interstate call, corrected the description of New Jersey's CEPA to say it protects reporting and objecting to unlawful conduct rather than recording, and softened an overstatement that announcing a recording eliminates liability.
