Actualizaciones

Stated the window-or-opening and intent elements of Minnesota's hidden-camera offense, and the knowledge element for the minor-victim felony.

Clarified that the gross-misdemeanor and felony grading described applies to the private-place recording offenses.

We corrected the gross-misdemeanor maximum to 364 days and added the 4-year felony tier for minor victims, clarified that the Eighth Circuit protects recording in public to inform the public but has not decided whether recording police is protected, and removed claims that Minnesota's Open Meeting Law guarantees a right to record and that owners cannot ask you to delete a recording.

Corrected the Eighth Circuit qualified-immunity citation (now Molina v. Book, 59 F.4th 334 (8th Cir. 2023), replacing an unrelated case), corrected the UpdatesLog entry to match, and fixed a dead Minnesota Rules of Evidence Rule 901 citation link.

Becker y Chestnut v. Wallace.)
