Actualizaciones

We corrected how the page describes Sullivan v. Gray: the court read Michigan's eavesdropping statute as not reaching a participant's own recording, rather than treating participation as consent.

We corrected the dashcam mounting guidance to quote MCL 257.709 accurately (it bars nontransparent material on the windshield as well as view obstructions and does not mention dashcams), limited the audio advice to conversations the driver takes part in, and removed the claim that a posted sign creates consent. We added a caveat that a low windshield mount still falls under MCL 257.709(1)(a)'s bar on nontransparent material on the windshield, and corrected the quotation of subsection (1)(c).
