Every settlement here is one we have checked against its official administrator or the court docket, and every one has a claim window that is still open. The moment a deadline passes, the settlement leaves this page. That is deliberate: a list of "open" settlements that quietly keeps showing closed ones would send people to file for money they can no longer claim.
A settlement being open is not the same as it paying soon. Nothing is paid until a judge grants final approval, and then only after any appeals and claim validation. Filing now simply preserves your place; the check can be many months out. Payments are estimates from a shared fund and shrink pro rata as more people file, so no amount is guaranteed.
