U.S. Fireworks Injury Estimates and State Fireworks Laws, 2008-2025

CPSC annual reports put ER-treated fireworks injuries at 7,000 in 2008 (9,200-10,800 in 2004-2007); its news releases give 14,700 for 2024 and about 13,000 for 2025.
