6. Condition and Warranties

The motorcycle is sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS," with all faults. Except for the warranty of title below, the Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty of title: The Seller warrants that the Seller is the lawful owner of the item, that it is free of all liens and encumbrances, and that the Seller has the right to sell it.

7. Governing Law
